Breaking News: Motown Singer Jimmy Ruffin Dies At 78


We are saddened to announce the passing of Motown legend Jimmy Ruffin. The soul singer had a tons of hits between the 1960s and 1980s, but his biggest hit "What Becomes of the Brokenhearted" is what some believe jump started his career and placed him among Motown's elite. Jimmy's children Philicia Ruffin and Jimmy Lee Ruffin Jr, confirmed that he died Monday at his home in Las Vegas. Ruffin was the older brother of Temptations lead singer David Ruffin, who died in 1991 at age 50. So far we do not know the cause of Jimmy's death but we do know he will truly be missed.
