Finally!! we've been waiting forever (literally and figuratively lol) for the Return of Remy Ma. If you don't know by now, rapper Remy Ma was convicted of intentional assault back in 2008. After serving a six-year sentence, Remy was recently released from Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women. That is a long time, especially in this business where everything is so face paced now.
Those who don't remember, Remy Ma was well on her way to becoming a huge female rapper and to some of us, she already was/is, but now Remy is back with her new mixtape titled "I'm Around". We can't wait to see how she plans to insert herself back into the industry, because this is a very different music industry then it was before she left. We think she's already off to a great start by releasing new music for the fans. We can only hope that her transition back into the music industry goes a lot smoother than rap legend Lil Kim's post-prison return.
