Ruby Dee, legendary award-wining actress has died. She was 91. Reps say ruby was at home in New Rochelle, NY surrounded by family when she passed away. Ruby starred in several films. Some of her best known roles were "A Raisin in the Sun", Spike Lee's "Do the Right Thing" and "Jungle Fever". Her most recent film "American Gangster" where she played Denzenl Washington's mother also earned her an Oscar Nomination. Ruby Dee was a pioneer for African-American women in Hollywood and she will surely be missed. R.I.P
